プライバシーポリシー
たまな開発（以下「運営者」）は、Webサイト gearmine.net および iOS アプリ「Gearmine」（以下あわせて「本サービス」）における、利用者の情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1取得する情報
本サービスでは、次の情報を取得することがあります。
- 端末内に保存される情報：本アプリは、原則としてアカウント登録を必要としません。お気に入りやコレクション等の利用者が作成したデータは、利用者の端末内に保存され、運営者のサーバーへは送信されません。
- 広告配信に関する情報：本アプリは広告配信のため Google AdMob を利用します。AdMob およびそのパートナーは、広告の配信・測定のために、広告識別子（IDFA 等）、デバイス情報、おおよその位置情報、アプリの利用状況等を取得・利用することがあります。
- アクセスログ：Webサイトの閲覧時に、サーバーが標準的なログ情報（IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類、参照元 URL 等）を記録することがあります。
2広告とトラッキング（ATT）について
本アプリは Google AdMob を通じて広告を表示します。広告事業者は、Cookie や広告識別子を用いて、利用者の関心に応じた広告を配信することがあります。
- iOS では、トラッキングは App Tracking Transparency（ATT） に基づき、利用者が許可した場合に限り行われます。許可しない場合も広告は表示されますが、パーソナライズの度合いは制限されます。
- Google によるデータの利用については、Google のポリシーと規約をご参照ください。
- 広告のリセットやトラッキングの停止は、iOS の「設定 ＞ プライバシーとセキュリティ ＞ トラッキング」および「Apple Advertising」等から行えます。
3アフィリエイトリンクについて
当サイトおよび本アプリには、複数のアフィリエイト・プログラムによるリンクが含まれます。利用者がリンクを経由して商品を購入等した場合、運営者が報酬を受け取ることがあります。成果計測のため、各アフィリエイト事業者が Cookie や識別子を使用することがあり、これらの取扱いは各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
4第三者への提供
運営者は、法令に基づく場合等を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。ただし、上記の広告事業者およびアフィリエイト事業者による情報の取得・利用は、各事業者の定めに従って行われます。
5データの保管
本アプリで作成されたデータは利用者の端末内に保管され、利用者の管理下にあります。アプリの削除等により、これらのデータは消去されます。
6子どものプライバシー
本サービスは主に成人の音楽機材愛好者を対象としており、子どもに向けて設計されたものではありません。
7本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

Privacy Policy
Tamana Kaihatsu (the "Operator") sets out below how user information is handled across the website gearmine.net and the iOS app "Gearmine" (together, the "Service"). Gearmine is an app for browsing and discovering used and vintage guitar effects pedals, bringing together listings and price ranges from multiple marketplaces.
1Information We Collect
- Data stored on your device: The app does not require account registration. Data you create, such as favorites and collections, is stored on your device and is not transmitted to the Operator's servers.
- Advertising data: The app uses Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob and its partners may collect and use advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA), device information, approximate location, and app usage data to deliver and measure advertising.
- Access logs: When you browse the website, the server may record standard log information (IP address, browser type, referring URL, etc.).
2Advertising & Tracking (ATT)
The app displays ads through Google AdMob. Advertising providers may use cookies and advertising identifiers to deliver ads relevant to your interests.
- On iOS, tracking occurs only with your permission under App Tracking Transparency (ATT). If you decline, ads are still shown but are less personalized.

- You can reset your advertising identifier or limit tracking via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Apple Advertising.
3Affiliate Links
The website and app contain links from several affiliate programs. If you purchase through these links, the Operator may receive a commission. Affiliate providers may use cookies or identifiers for attribution, handled in accordance with each provider's own privacy policy.
4Disclosure to Third Parties
The Operator does not provide collected information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. The collection and use of information by the advertising and affiliate providers described above are governed by each provider's own terms.
5Data Retention
Data created in the app is stored on your device and remains under your control. It is removed when you delete the app.
6Children's Privacy
The Service is intended mainly for adult music gear enthusiasts and is not designed for children.
7Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
